At BlingnFair, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns and Exchanges

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be:

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Please provide your order number or proof of purchase to initiate the return or exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product.
  • We will arrange a replacement for you at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item.
  • If you receive an exchange for a damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.
